My overall experience at Hotel Seven Hills Tower was good. ’? The location was convenient, and the staff was quite helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. ’ I'd consider staying here again for future trips. ’?

date- 30th Dec 25, room 307location: very good locationroom- clean and specious with big windowamenities- they provide locker, coffee and tea set, mini fridge, 24 hour hot water even in toilet jet, free WiFi, toiletries,support staff- provided additional blankets, bucket with mug. very supporting staff hotel entry, reception, kitchen support staff all are well behaved.food- quality was good but is on higher side (avg cost of sabji 460)morning breakfast: limited items but good quality(poha, upma, idli sambhar, bread butter jam, paratha, mango juice, tea cofee, banana, sprouts)value for money hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The moment I entered the room, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant smell caused by visible seepage on the walls. The condition of the room was far from acceptable’ the linen was not clean, and even the mattress appeared old and worn out.The cleanliness issues continued in the bathroom. The toilet seat was not properly cleaned, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging standard rates.Service was another major letdown. Even a simple request like sending drinking water took more than half an hour. Such delays reflect poorly on the hotel’s management and responsiveness.Breakfast, unfortunately, was no better. The food was bland and tasteless, almost as if it had been boiled without any seasoning. Salt was noticeably missing in most dishes, making the entire meal unappetizing.Overall, this stay was far below expectations. Poor maintenance, unhygienic conditions, slow service, and subpar food make it very difficult to recommend this hotel to anyone. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues urgently, because in its current state, the hotel fails to deliver even basic standards of comfort and hospitality.

Stayed at the Hotel Seven Hills Tower hotel for a tour and the staff were very welcoming with a very nice exterior and lobby. It's only a 20 minute walk to the Taj Mahal which is great for travellers. Despite being so close, the building and room was quiet. The room itself was adequate, though the mattress was lumpy and likely old. The bathroom was quite dirty with the toilet needing a good scrub/bleach and the shower head heavily rusted and gunky. Both AC and a fan in the room which was nice. Breakfast was okay with traditional options. Making some simple cleaning changes to the bathroom would have made this a much better stay.

The Hotel is not up to the markRooms are just average. The washroom are not cleaned properly and we are provided with use shampoo bottles.There is no buffet.
