I am very disappointed with the service and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping service was not up to the expected standard.The staff service was also very poor. Whenever we placed an order or requested something, the staff often failed to bring it on time, and we had to follow up repeatedly. The staff’s response and service were not professional.Overall, the room cleanliness, housekeeping, and staff service were unsatisfactory. I expected much better service from the hotel and would request management to look into this issue seriously.
