Waiting 30 min to check in staff are rude

Rooms are not maintained properly.. Always welcomes you with the smoking smell.. Especially the bathrooms are horrible. They need. a renovation badly. Service and especially the front desk people attitude are way below average.. Buffet breakfast is not upto the mark.. Except the location, there is nothing good here. Choose this only if you don't have an option

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting. The food came cold, and when we asked for plates, they were so dirty we couldn’t even eat from them. The room stank so badly it was hard to breathe.On top of that, the staff were completely useless and ignored us when we asked for basic things like towels and water. Absolutely pathetic service from start to finish.I would never come back here and strongly suggest others avoid this place.

Good But some plumbing rectification is required in the toilets

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sonas Inn, Tiruchi. I’d especially like to thank the hotel executive Mr. Das, who helped in providing us with two deluxe rooms on very short notice and ensuring they were immediately blocked for our stay at 5:30am.The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, with aesthetically pleasing interiors that added to the comfort. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety to choose from.Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend Sonas Inn to family and friends visiting Tiruchy, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again!
