We recently done my sister wedding in spg we are happy with the team manager and staff everything is on time and quick response my relatives were happy about food and maintenance thanks to MALIK JI manager in spg who handled this event nd making us happy

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experiences at SPG Grand Hotel which is now ALANTI . On two separate occasions, I encountered extremely concerning issues with the food quality that cannot be ignored.The first time, I found a piece of chicken in the vegetarian biryani I had specifically ordered. As someone who strictly follows a vegetarian diet, this was both shocking and unacceptable. I decided to give the hotel another chance, hoping it was a one-time oversight. Unfortunately, the second incident was even more disturbing’there was a thin copper wire in my biryani.Not only has the food quality significantly deteriorated, but these lapses in hygiene and safety have had real consequences. After consuming the food, I fell sick and have been dealing with severe food poisoning. This kind of negligence is dangerous and deeply disappointing, especially coming from a place that once prided itself on quality and service.I strongly urge the management to take immediate corrective action. Such compromises on food safety are inexcusable.

Hotel SPG Grand in Kompally is a fantastic venue with ample space and multiple halls, making it perfect for hosting several events simultaneously. The staff is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious ’ every dish is full of flavor! Recommend it for any occasion!We just dine in every time. Food is very tasty. We always prefer SPG whenever we want to go out for lunch.

The food at SPG Grand Restaurant was good, but the service was disappointing. The manager who took our order was inattentive and brought the wrong dish despite being reminded multiple times. This detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. Hoping for better service on our next visit.
