When I went to the hotel to check in, I had a discussion with the owner, who questioned how the room could have been booked at such a low price for three people. I explained that I had booked the room through Agoda and that the pricing was shown by the app, so I had no control over it.The owner then asked me to pay an additional amount to provide the room. I refused, and after discussing the issue with the Agoda support team, he finally gave us the room keys.However, the bed provided was suitable for only two people, even though I had clearly booked the room for three. When I requested an extra bed, the owner again refused unless I paid an additional amount.Apart from this, the room was not properly clean, and the washroom taps were leaking.Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel should clearly mention any additional charges and ensure that the room and facilities are properly maintained before accepting bookings. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Management was good But could be better for that price Tv was not working Also mentioned 3 adults and 1 room but have to manage with the matress as no extra bed It could have been better
1. The bedsheets were dirty. 2. The room lacked an AC remote; we had to request it for three days before they finally brought one from another room. 3. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the entire room; they only provided two children's hangers. 4. No spot to place towels or clothes in the bathroom. 5. The flush works backwards; when you flush, things come back up. 6. The staff were polite, but service was nonexistent. They promised to clean the room but never showed up. 7. The rooms did not look like the pictures. 8. No nearby options for healthy and simple food. We almost checked out within an hour of arrival but had to stay due to medical treatment schedules. I don't blame the staff, but the management is awful. Please avoid this place and stay elsewhere.
