My stay at the hotel was very good and comfortable. The rooms were clean, the service was pleasant, and overall I had a good experience.I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Bhanu the receptionist for her friendly helpful and professional service. She made my stay more comfortable and welcoming.Thank you to the entire hotel team for the excellent hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again.

I had a very cozy and enjoyable stay at Treebo Address Inn, Banjara Hills. The room was comfy, the location was handy, and the breakfast was quite good. I liked that breakfast was part of the stay. The whole experience was nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One small idea: it would be nice if the breakfast menu offered coffee in addition to milk tea. I'm sure many guests would like having both choices. Thanks to Treebo Address Inn for the kind hospitality and a nice stay. I would definitely think about staying here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

Disappointing Stay Experience

The staff service was very poor. When I asked about rooms, one staff member (not from the northeast, probably local) had a bad attitude when speaking to people. I checked 3 rooms; 2 of them had a bad smell. The third room was average and the most expensive, but not worth the price. I decided to stay at another nearby hotel, Treebo Infinity, where the hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff were polite.
