The hotel was good staff are good rooms are very nice ..nice to stay in address inn banjarahills and the receptionist lady was very helpful easy check in and check out thanks to him... overall goood...

A very disappointing hotel to stay at in Hyderabad. There were mosquitoes, rooms were not well maintained, bathrooms were dirty, and the reception staff were unfriendly. Dogs were sleeping right at the reception entrance. Staying here was a nightmare. I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Hyderabad is very poorly managed and unprofessional, with a rude receptionist and impolite staff. The bell boy is unhygienic. They are unwilling to provide basic items like toilet paper and soap in the bathroom. The corridors smell bad, bedsheets have stains and hair, and the elevator is covered with spit. I do not recommend this place.

Stay away if you can! Not worth the price—no value for money and a greater chance of catching skin infections from the bathrooms. Possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The management shows complete indifference. The hotel walls desperately need repairs. We encountered ongoing sanitation and hygiene problems, plus mosquitoes and cockroaches. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Visit at your own risk.

Amazing service good location nd Reception staff are very cooperative,they give us free early check in after 11am,that was very helpfull for me,also late check-out,for kind heart of hem , definitely I will come again to this hotel ,thank you so much address in hotel.
