I had an absolutely terrible experience at this property. The first room I was given was infested with small and medium-sized cockroaches. When I complained, the staff suggested I sleep in the same room after they sprayed insecticide’obviously, I refused. I was then moved to a second room, but cockroaches were still present, though slightly fewer. At that point, it was clear this is a property-wide problem, not just a single room issue.The cleanliness of the hotel was shocking. The bathtub was filthy, the bathroom ceiling had holes patched with tape, and the walls had dark red stains. The bedsheets looked visibly dirty and unwashed. Water supply was unreliable, and taps often didn’t work. The chairs and tables were coated in dust. The toilet itself was okay, but the overall maintenance was abysmal.On top of that, I couldn’t sleep at all. There were loud male voices and constant movement outside the room throughout the night. The hotel is next to a busy road, adding to the noise. It felt more like a chaotic hostel than a hotel.Breakfast was another disaster. I was offered either ’200 to eat at a nearby Kamat hotel or food delivered to my room. I chose room service and got dosa with tea. Coffee was refused at 9 am, and a water bottle wasn’t included unless I paid extra.The only thing this place has going for it is its location, about 4 km from Charminar. Everything else’hygiene, service, maintenance’is far below any reasonable standard. I couldn’t sleep peacefully even for one night and would strongly advise against staying here.
