There is no designated parking space. At night, the owner was drunk and was harshly scolding a customer.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ik London and found it to be better than other hotels. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

I stayed at IK London Hotel near AIG, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. First, I want to commend the gentleman at the reception for being very polite, gentle, and professional. However, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. Despite appearing clean, there were many small cockroaches on the towels, bed, chair, and even in the bathroom, which was very disappointing and unacceptable. The worst experience was at the hotel restaurant during lunch on 21st July. I asked the waiter, Ramesh, about vegetable options. He said paneer was available, but I ordered only Jeera Aloo, buttermilk, and papad. He gave me the menu, and I never ordered Mix Veg. Later, another staff member came to confirm my order and said I had ordered Mix Veg along with Jeera Aloo, buttermilk, and papad. I immediately said I never ordered Mix Veg. I was dining alone and could not eat two vegetable dishes. Instead of fixing the mistake, Ramesh insisted I had ordered both and said since they prepared both, I had to accept them. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I had to report this to reception. We chose this hotel because a doctor at AIG Hospital recommended it. My husband was in ICU after surgery, and I hoped for a peaceful lunch during a stressful time. Being treated disrespectfully by a staff member was very upsetting. While other staff were courteous, one employee's behavior can greatly affect a guest's experience. Hospitality is not just about rooms and food but treating guests with respect. We planned to stay four more days, but after this, we decided to leave. Even if it means walking farther to AIG Hospital, I prefer a place where guests are treated with dignity and respect.
