⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Stay at Treebo Premium Seven Hill View, Hyderabad If you value cleanliness, hygiene, professionalism, and basic hospitality, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. My family's stay from 4–5 July was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The hotel does not have a proper parking facility. Our car was left in a narrow space beside the hotel, with no assurance of safety. The reception service was equally disappointing. We had to leave early to drop our son at the railway station, but the receptionist was sleeping on the sofa around 7:00 AM and did not answer our calls. When we requested the complimentary breakfast at around 7:30 AM, we were casually told that "breakfast timing varies from hotel to hotel," with no effort to accommodate us. For a room costing ₹3,900 for three adults, providing only one complimentary water bottle was difficult to understand and reflected poor guest service. The biggest concern was the complimentary breakfast. Every item was served cold, with no heating arrangement. While eating, my wife found a hair inside her idli. We immediately stopped eating and reported the issue. Surprisingly, no apology, concern, or corrective action came from the hotel staff. That complete lack of accountability was more disappointing than the incident itself. We checked out feeling frustrated, disappointed, and convinced that this property falls far short of the standards expected from a "Premium" hotel. I am sharing this review so that other travelers can make an informed decision. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Treebo Premium Seven Hill View, Hyderabad, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously before more guests have a similar experience.

Group • India • Jul 2026The room was not clean and it was full of dust even the ac was not cleaned, room had lots of marks in the walls like a small kid used to live there, toilet was not cleaned, and booked a extra large bed and got twin beds over there and The ixigo support is total waste.
