I do not like this hotel or the whole Treebo service. The customer support was playing games with me. I had an experience where they said they would send me the address and contact details by email at 11:30, but I received the mail at 1 AM. I tried to contact them at midnight when a 20-year-old girl came to take an exam, but the customer support's voice was not clear. I was left frustrated. They did not refund my money. I advise everyone not to book with Treebo.

Couple • India • Jul 2026I believe people choose this place mainly if they have specific tasks to do around Benjara Hills, like appointments at VFS or CMM. Otherwise, it's not the best choice. The rooms are very basic and not very clean. There was no kettle, but they did provide tea sachets. We had to request everything, including towels. There's limited parking space in front of the property, maybe for about three cars. The bathroom fittings were not in good condition. The worst part was the breakfast area in the morning; it was very cramped and none of the utensils seemed clean. It felt more like a street food stall setup. However, if you have appointments nearby, this place could be convenient since it's located a bit inside among residential areas, avoiding traffic congestion and helping you reach your destinations on time.
