Our stay at Treebo Srico hotel was very enjoyable and cozy. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the care and attention we experienced exceeded what we anticipated. Mr. Vijay, the manager, deserves special recognition for his kindness, helpfulness, and flexibility during our visit. Since we were there for my sister's medical treatment, Vijay showed great empathy towards our circumstances and made extra efforts to ensure we felt comfortable, supported, and well looked after throughout our time there.

I do not like this hotel or the whole Treebo service. The customer support was playing games with me. I had an experience where they said they would send me the address and contact details by email at 11:30, but I received the mail at 1 AM. I tried to contact them at midnight when a 20-year-old girl came to take an exam, but the customer support's voice was not clear. I was left frustrated. They did not refund my money. I advise everyone not to book with Treebo.

Disappointing Basic Stay

I think this place people opt only when they have some specific things to be done in and around Benjara hills like an appointment in VFS or in CMM. Otherwise it's not a great option. Very basic rooms which aren't so clean enough. Didn't have a kettle but provided tea sahes. Had to ask for evrything including towels. A little parkkg space is allowed infront of the property, may be for 3 cars. The toilet fittings weren't proper. The unacceptable thing was the morning breakfast area. It's too congested and you will not find any untensils there clean. I felt like the arrangements like that of a street food shop.However, It will be a good option if you have the so called appoinments to the said things because it will help you to reach your venues on time as there will not be traffic conjustion near to it. It's a little interior and among some residential properties.
