The hotel is just not what shown in images, rooms are filled with small cockroaches and slugs. No hot water, kettle or fridge is provided in the room. Food is ordered elsewhere and served late. Staffs are just sweet tooth but actual facilities are zero. Never visiting this hotel again

Very bas experience, pathetic service. I booked Ramansh for 2 nights, at arrival.They allot me room in different hotel shyama grand, which was third class no service at all and charge the money full. After some time they came again and transfer us to Geetanshi palace, which is like a home stay not hotel. No facility, no breakfast nothing. Staff was rude, everything happened on owner instructions.There was more gueste there, they do same things to them. Do not go or book this hotel, or else you will suffer or your journey will be ruined
