Amazing food, pool and location
I had a last-minute trip planned to Agra, but my usual hotel was fully booked. While looking through various options online, I found The Retreat Hotel and booked a room for two nights. My train was delayed by a couple of hours, so I arrived around 1:00 a.m. Despite the late arrival, the check-in was very smooth and hassle-free. The receptionist kindly upgraded my room at no extra charge since it was available with my booking. The room was larger than I expected, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed linens, pillowcases, and towels were fresh, spotless, and of great quality, making my stay very comfortable. The only small issues were that the TV looked old and a bit distorted, and the mini fridge in the room didn’t work. Still, these were minor compared to the overall experience. What really stands out about this hotel is its excellent cleanliness and friendly service. The staff were polite, and the hotel was well-kept, which made my stay very pleasant. I would happily give this hotel a five-star rating. If you’re visiting Agra, I strongly suggest staying at The Retreat Hotel instead of spending time looking for other places. It provides great value, comfort, and service, making it a fantastic choice for a memorable visit.
