Very disappointing experience. The staff tried to charge extra money at checkout for food I never ordered and pressured me to pay because I was in a hurry to catch my train. They refused to connect me with the manager or owner.The rooms and washrooms were unhygienic, and basic items like towels and bedsheets did not seem properly cleaned.Overall, this place felt untrustworthy and poorly maintained. I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel.During checkout, the reception staff informed me that I had to pay an extra ’1000 just for a 15-minute delay. This felt extremely unreasonable and unprofessional. Despite trying to discuss the matter, the situation was handled poorly.I also attempted to speak with the manager, but I was told she was in a meeting and unavailable. It was quite frustrating that no one from the management was willing to address my concern.Additionally, I had booked my stay from 22nd to 25th April but stayed only on the 23rd due to personal reasons. Even then, I was being forced to pay extra charges unnecessarily. When I requested breakfast for my guest, despite it being included, they created issues and demanded additional payment.The breakfast itself was very basic’just bread, omelette, and idli’no proper buffet, yet the pricing was quite high for such limited options.Overall, the service, staff behavior, and management response were highly disappointing. The hotel is also located in an interior area, which adds to the inconvenience.I strongly do not recommend staying here. It would be a mistake to choose this hotel.Extremely dirty & unhygienic kindly check pictures please don’t stay it doesn’t deserve 500

*Hotel Trax International, Jamshedpur ’ 5/5* ’’’’’Excellent central stay in Sakchi. Rooms are clean, quiet, and modern with fast WiFi and comfy beds. Staff are genuinely helpful with check-in/out and very attentive. Minutes from Sonari Airport and walkable to tons of restaurants. Ideal for business or leisure. Would stay again.
