I came here to have my breakfast. It was a buffet.The buffet included dishes like idli, sambar, dosa, poori bhaji, vada, pongal, coffee/tea,kesari, etcI was very hungry and so had 2 poori bhaji, a dosa 2 idlis, a vada , a portion of pongal and kesari and also a glass of coffee.The buffet was 180 per person.I was informed that people staying at their hotel would be given complementary breakfast of the same menu.The food was above average. The pongal was tasty. The vada was not hot but tasted good. The dosa and poori was served fresh and was lovely. The idli sambar were hot and tasted good. The coffee was brilliant(it was kumbakonam 'degree' coffee. The kesari was the cherry on the cake.Overall I would recommend for travellers visiting here. Value for money food here. The service was excellent with very well behaved staff.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Recently I had stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and the service I got there was terrible. The experience was awful and far below expectation.First and formost the condition of the room was completely unhygienic and I felt uncomfortable staying there.The door locks were broken and I felt unsafe throught my stay there. The knob of the door was constantly getting stuck and we had to call the reception for help.Furthermore the room's television was completely useless and not working. The screen was getting blurred making it impossible watch anything. To make it even more distressing, only tamil channels were available.To add to the list of issues, the price of the tea and coffee there was exorbitantly expensive.Overall my stay there was extremely disappointing. I expected a bit more of a level of comfort and security from this 3 star hotel, but it was a complete let down.

the experience was below expectations. The rooms were not well maintained ’ cleanliness was lacking, and basic upkeep seemed ignored.The staff were quite laid-back and not attentive. Breakfast was not served on time, and there was a general sense of disorganization. Very bad service and no good staff. Poor maintanence and the locks of door are not secured.
