I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable and welcoming. I would happily stay here again!The hotel is in a convenient location, with an auto stand right outside and several coffee shops nearby. The temple is about 2 km away, and taking an auto-rickshaw was easy and affordable, costing around 100–150.

A decent room suitable for a short visit. Located fairly close to Tiruchendur bus and railway stations, but an auto ride is necessary to reach Tiruchendur temple. It's nothing fancy, just a convenient place for a brief stay to visit the Murugan temple.

We enjoyed a great stay here. The rooms are large, spotless, and well kept. The bathroom is also roomy and very clean. The hotel is situated right next to Tiruchendur railway station. Every staff member (Mr. Arunachalam, Shubha madam, and others) was very courteous, patiently answering our questions and advising us on how to proceed with the darshan at Tiruchendur temple. Special thanks to Mr. Ranjith for his outstanding hospitality and excellent guidance. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in Tiruchendur!

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the overall stay was greatly marred by very poor service, particularly at breakfast. Breakfast service was badly managed with insufficient seating for the number of guests, slow food replenishment, and many items running out. Plates and cups were also in short supply, and staff removed used dishes before guests had finished eating due to lack of extras. The luggage service was also a big letdown. Despite calling twice for help with our bags, no one arrived for about 30 minutes, so we had to carry our own luggage to the lobby, which was tough since we were with elderly people and multiple bags. For a hotel, basic hospitality and service should be better organized. While the room was fine, the breakfast and luggage help were among the worst we've encountered. I hope management addresses these issues by improving staffing, breakfast setup, and guest support, especially for older guests.
