Hotel Visit Barnala

I booked the Suite Room at Hotel Visit, Barnala, but the room did not live up to what the hotel's website promised or justify the cost. Although the room was supposed to have a city view, it only faced a shaft. When I mentioned this, I was told the room was assigned because I requested a double bed, but before booking, I was told all rooms have double beds, so this explanation was confusing. There were many maintenance and cleanliness problems during my stay. The TV remote didn't work, and both intercom phones in the room were non-functional despite my repeated complaints. The bathroom was disappointing too; the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, and both the room and bathroom had a bad odor. The fridge was dirty and unhygienic, the ceiling fan was noisy, and I found hairs on the pillow, which was concerning. On the plus side, the staff were polite and tried to be helpful. Still, the room's condition was far below expectations and needs a lot of improvement. Overall, I don't think the stay was worth the price, and I hope management improves housekeeping, maintenance, and ensures room descriptions match reality.

Vipin provides very kind, punctual, and well-maintained service. His polite behavior left a strong impression on me. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for the excellent service.
