Nice clean..
We reserved the whole hotel (22 rooms) and the banquet hall for our event, but the entire experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. Although they promised extra beds when we booked, they did not provide them. The room service was very bad, and even simple things like drinking water were missing in the rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning was broken in 9 rooms, causing major discomfort for our guests. When we reported these problems, no one gave us a proper reply or tried seriously to fix them. The owners and staff were rude and totally unhelpful. They did not keep their promises and showed no care for guest comfort or satisfaction. The management was chaotic, communication was poor, and the overall service was well below acceptable levels. This hotel spoiled what should have been a special event. If you are planning an event, family gathering, or stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. There are many better places that respect their customers and provide the service they guarantee.
