The management plays very bright role for any hotel. I had missed to add my child in booking voucher and so they charged me breakfast for my 9 yr old kid seperately where as the breakfast was included in my booking. Small things makes a big difference in experience. Sometime in past it was very wellknown hotel in vapi. Great Hotel but needs maintenance. The property needs maintenance but rooms are near clean. The staff is courteous and polite.

Had a really great experience at Hotel Woodland. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Abhishek pathak for his excellent service and positive attitude’he truly made the stay more comfortable. The rest of the team was also amazing and well-coordinated. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Old rooms , not well kept. Reception always tells lie. When u as on phone they will quote different tarrif and when u arrive that tariff increases .Never trust them , they will charge u for things that had been told as complimentary , even a thing as small as tea.
