HYVE Siliguri

I really liked everything about this hotel. It's budget-friendly, spotless, and the staff is kind and supportive. The bed was super comfy, and the rooms are well-lit and contemporary, featuring AC and an excellent shower. The breakfast was fantastic and went beyond what I expected. I got to sample many Indian dishes, all delicious. Whenever I needed help, the staff was immediately available and went above and beyond. Thank you, we will definitely return.

I attended an event here since it's close to my home. Honestly, the vibe, food quality, staff attitude, and overall atmosphere were all fantastic. Everything was great. Definitely recommend it!

I stayed at Hyve during an airline transit. Although the services were limited since they were arranged by the airline, I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff. The food and breakfast buffet were excellent and matched the quality of any top-tier hotel chain. I will certainly recommend Hyve and choose to stay there again when I return to Siliguri.

Staying in the Executive Suite, the most expensive room in the hotel, was very disappointing. Lizards were wandering inside the room, even close to the pillow area, and the noise of them moving in the false ceiling went on all night, making it impossible to get any sleep. The bathtub drain was clogged and needed maintenance to fix it, which was inconvenient. Basic items like a comb, slippers, and a proper shower area were missing. The bathroom only had a bathtub without a separate shower, which was very inconvenient. The staff was polite, but if you can't rest peacefully, that alone doesn't make up for such a bad experience. Paying a premium for the best room, I expected cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's rest, but none of these were delivered. Overall, it was a terrible experience for my family, and I would not recommend this hotel.
