A CATASTROPHIC NIGHTMARE ’ DO NOT BOOK"Staying at Treebo Indrapuri Hotel & Resort was the biggest mistake of my trip. This place is a total fraud. They use wide-angle, deceptive photos online to trap you, but in reality, the rooms are like suffocating matchboxes. You can barely turn around without hitting a wall.The staff are shockingly arrogant and have a disgusting attitude. They don't just provide 'bad service'’they are actively hostile and treat guests like a burden rather than paying customers. There is absolutely zero 'guest honor' or basic decency here. It felt more like a shady hostel than a 'resort.'From the rude behavior to the claustrophobic rooms, this place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Save your sanity and your money’stay literally anywhere else in Siliguri. You’ve been warned."

Avoid This Place ’ Total Misrepresentation"Extremely disappointed with Treebo Indrapuri Hotel & Resort. The photos on their website are a complete lie; the rooms are incredibly small, cramped, and nothing like the spacious rooms they advertise online.To make matters worse, the service is non-existent. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and has zero respect for guests. There is no sense of hospitality or 'guest honor' here. Save your money and stay somewhere else where they actually value their customers and provide what they promise. This place is a scam."

The room size was extremely small. It was so cramped that after two people slept on the bed, one constantly felt like they might fall off. There was practically no space left in the room after the bed placed.The restaurant staff, however, behaved well and were polite.Unfortunately, the experience at the reception was very disappointing. A lady at the reception refused to provide one extra pillow for my little daughter and stated that all rooms were booked. This was clearly untrue, as I checked online and saw that rooms were available. Denying a basic request for a child and giving incorrect information felt very inhuman and unprofessional.Overall, while the restaurant service was good, the room size and the attitude at the reception seriously affected our stay.

We booked two rooms for one night of 14 and 15 January 2026. Rooms so called Deluxe double and Standard single in Treebo Indirapuri, Siliguri were same viz. Room Nos. 204 and 207. Very small rooms, with full of mosquitoes and flies, were provided to us. Entrance in hotel is not properly maintained....kachcha rasta...expensive food and very dry rude- type behavior of all the concerned was observed. I realised that if person like me sleeps on such uncomfortable bed of hotel for two nights...back pain is guaranteed. Old towels and bed sheets, etc...provided.I am loosing faith on Treebo chain Hotels.With hope that hotel will improve accordingly.Kind regards,Vice Chancellor of University
