I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for four days during my trip to Imphal. The room was neat, comfortable and the food was delicious. The services were warm and efficient. My only challenge was climbing the stairs as there was no lift. Though it's good for health, it would be a challenge for those having health issues (like me) and the elderly.

I just want to add on one thing that the quantity of food is so less as compared to menu price. Secondly as a feedback you should give bowl option like family pack, pack for 2. As a new user they can select accordingly.

The hotel staff is very polite and attentive. We had a comfortable stay, however hygiene of the room and common restrooms need more care and attention and also the breakfast buffet menu could have a better and hotter spread. The overall property is well maintained and a few upgrades and details to attention in terms of the furniture would be great. All the best!!
