I find this Imphal Hotel suit to my requirment .The incredible Hospitality services and experienced provided by the Front Officer Mr. Kishan sir, is extremely beyond my expectation.I had a great time during my staying.I want to stay longer, but have to leave and certainly I will visit again and also to give to my positive feedback with advised to colleagues and others well wishers reference to Imphal Hotel, is the Best in all that we look for, in terms of Hospitality, Rates and Values added, Services, Attitude, Ambience, Staff co-operate and Kind human Helpful.Remain delighted Kishan sir services and also to the Staffs.Thank you.Christopher Kharay,Union Bank of India.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for four days during my trip to Imphal. The room was neat, comfortable and the food was delicious. The services were warm and efficient. My only challenge was climbing the stairs as there was no lift. Though it's good for health, it would be a challenge for those having health issues (like me) and the elderly.

The hotel staff is very polite and attentive. We had a comfortable stay, however hygiene of the room and common restrooms need more care and attention and also the breakfast buffet menu could have a better and hotter spread. The overall property is well maintained and a few upgrades and details to attention in terms of the furniture would be great. All the best!!

All staff who served are very courteous. I want to mention name of one of the best we met was Kiran. Never saw such hospitality in my previous visits in hotel. God bless and wish they will continue to do good work in the future well.
