I checked in at midnight, 3 AM. They provided me the room whose AC is was not working. I requested to change the room. They provided me another room which was even worse than the previous room. There was black moulds all over the wall. There was pan spit on the walls again. I requested to change the room. They said it will be done in morning! In morning, they provided me another room which was similar to the room before black moulds all over the wall. The staff was very rude, specially when Muslim guy named KHAN It was the worst service. I have ever received in my entire life. I would definitely not recommend to stay there at the time of checkout. They provided me the bill of another room. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel at all, worst decision ever

Rooms smells really bad. Roof got lots of mold I guess that's why it smells really bad. Bathroom are not even clean. Tap was continuously leaking which makes bathroom floor slippery. TV was not working either. Only suggestion is to check the rooms before booking. Thanks.

Clean Language but Still Very StrongExtremely disappointing experience.The hotel false-promises amenities like TV, geyser, and food plates, but none of these were available. The room was smelly, poorly maintained, and had bed bugs, which is a serious hygiene issue.They attract guests with low prices, but the experience is not worth it at all. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.
