A Truly Comfortable and Memorable Stay at Itsy Hotels Satya Shree, KatraOur stay at Itsy Hotels Satya Shree, Katra was genuinely a very pleasant experience. We were visiting Katra for the holy Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan, and after a long journey, having a comfortable and welcoming place to stay really made a difference.From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and were very polite, helpful, and cooperative. Their warm behaviour and willingness to help added a personal touch to our stay. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, giving us the much-needed rest after our journey and Darshan.What we appreciated the most was the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was well managed, and we felt relaxed throughout our stay. Small things like cleanliness, good hospitality, and the courteous behaviour of the staff made our experience even more enjoyable.Overall, it was not just a hotel stay but a genuinely comfortable experience during our spiritual journey to Mata Vaishno Devi. Solo Traveller • Jul 2026Overall, the hotel staff was polite and helpful, but my stay was disappointing due to several facility-related issues.The room cleanliness was not up to the mark. I did not receive the complimentary water bottles that were supposed to be provided. Although I had already paid for breakfast, there were very limited options available, and only poori with sabzi was served.The biggest concern was hygiene. There were bugs roaming around the room, including on the table, bed, and even in the bathroom, which made the stay very uncomfortable.I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness, hygiene, and guest services.
