Dirty bathrooms, stained bedsheets and faulty AC
Guest as saying
Firstly, its a small town. This hotel is relatively new and has restaurant below it which serves excellent food. My only concern was the hygeine. We felt the bedsheets were not replaced after previous guests or someone used it before us. We had to request and get the bedsheet replaced which they obliged to. Rest, the room and toilet were clean

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026The overall experience was quite poor. We reserved a Deluxe AC room and a suite room, but in both, the AC did not function well. Even when set to 16 degrees, it failed to cool properly, indicating poor maintenance. The bathroom was dirty, with visible grime on the bucket, mug, and tiles, showing a lack of cleaning. Stains were noticeable on the blankets and towels, and there was white dust all over the bed. Additionally, the cups and kettle provided were unclean.
