Disappointing Experience

4.0

Our stay was quite unsatisfactory due to multiple problems. The swimming pool was unclean and seemed poorly maintained. The TV in our room didn't work at first, but the hotel replaced it after we reported it. The bathroom had leaking taps and lacked a door mat, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was very weak, especially in the rooms. Breakfast was also disappointing; guests receive a token and must go to a nearby hotel for breakfast. When we requested coffee or tea, the server said it wasn't available for hotel guests. We had to return to reception, explain the issue, and only after some discussion did the receptionist come to fix it. Although staff addressed some issues when notified, having to repeatedly follow up for basic amenities was frustrating. Overall, the stay fell short of our expectations and was disappointing.
