The Serai Bandipur

The staff are friendly and attentive. Considering the cost, the rooms seem a bit old-fashioned. The signature restaurant offers stunning and wide-ranging views. The food was average. However, the coffee and puri bhaaji at breakfast were excellent.

We booked 2 courtyard superior rooms for our holiday from 28th July to 31st July 26. I couldn't find any issues that needed fixing. The greatest asset of this resort is its staff. Every employee is very polite and always ready to fulfill customer requests promptly. The management shows great commitment to environmental conservation. The property's landscape is beautifully maintained. The deep-rooted culture of respecting guests appears to be a core value of the owners. The staff seems empowered to provide excellent service, whether in the restaurant or housekeeping. My sincere thanks and appreciation to the management.

We stayed for two days and it was all worth. Hygiene was maintained in the rooms, pool, restaurant and remaining area. Nature’s walk with Abhilash one should not miss it , he explains everything in detail & we spotted deer, peacock and wild boar. Food was amazing, please try dal makhani by chef Kazi & grilled sandwiches. Restaurant staff was polite & well behaved. Outdoor play area for kids was good. It was an excellent experience.

The nature walk with Abhilash is a must-do; he provides detailed explanations and we saw deer, peacocks, and wild boars. The food was fantastic, especially the dal makhani by chef Kazi and the grilled sandwiches. The restaurant staff were courteous and well-mannered. The outdoor play area for children was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
