Location, host, cook, ambience, food are excellent. Bed and sheets can be upgraded not upto mark. A minimal place to stay for a night. Better milk can be provided but cook gave special attention to kids meal.

Extremely bad experience and the management is very careless in their communication.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing. The main problem was not only the poor service but also the complete lack of consideration for a guest with a disability. Although we had a handicapped person with us, the staff made no reasonable effort to provide proper room service or assistance. It was even more frustrating to see other guests receiving room service while our requests were ignored. When we asked the staff about this unequal treatment and why our requests were overlooked, they told us to "be quiet" and not argue instead of addressing our concerns professionally or explaining the situation. This was very disrespectful and unacceptable, especially since we were raising a genuine issue about the comfort and accessibility for a disabled person. Guests should not have to argue or repeatedly ask for basic consideration, especially when someone has mobility challenges. At minimum, we expected the staff to listen, explain, and try to find a solution. The way this was handled made us feel our concerns were ignored and that we were treated differently from others. Good hospitality means more than just providing rooms and facilities — it means treating every guest with dignity, patience, and respect. I strongly urge management to review how their staff respond to requests involving disabled guests and how complaints are handled. Telling a paying guest to be quiet instead of listening is unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We expected basic hospitality and consideration, but did not receive it. The service was not even worthy of one star.

Good food and wonderful service. Perfect spot for a family weekend.
