The hotel rooms and services do not meet expectations and should be reconsidered before booking. The linens are unclean, and the room service is subpar. For four guests, only one or two water bottles are provided. Treebo, on the other hand, does not follow what is stated on Booking.com; although it claims no advance payment is needed, once you confirm, Treebo immediately contacts you via SMS, WhatsApp, and email requesting advance payment, threatening cancellation if not paid within 24 hours. If you rebook, they charge more than before. I recommend avoiding Treebo and its franchises.
