Location is close to the airport, that helps. From the room if we need to get something from the house keeping or room service or travel destination , they don’t have different numbers. For every thing we have to call zero & they will inform the concerned like kitchen or travel desk or laundry. It takes very long. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Their chef Mr. Hari speaks to all guests and makes yummy dosas. The kitchen team is excellent, provided you are in the restaurant. Must improve their room service time.
