The stay was amazing, nestled within the lush green tea estates. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Food was tasty and like home cooked. Staff and hosts were very warm and welcoming, tending to all our needs

Had a wonderful stay

The staff were very friendly. Good value for the price. The rooms were nice, though there were some maintenance issues. The automatic cupboard lights are a constant annoyance in many hotels, and this one is no different.

This is the finest place I've been to so far. The warmth and attitude of the staff make you feel valued. I've stayed at several hotels in Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, and Mumbai, but Coimbatore O by Tamara truly captured my affection.

Outstanding hotel with amazing staff and excellent service. We stayed at O by Tamara, Coimbatore while our mother underwent eye surgery nearby. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for. They truly went the extra mile to make both our visits special during this important time for our family. Special thanks to Vellikannu, who was the main reason we returned for a second stay. He went above and beyond to assist us, showing genuine care and making both stays unforgettable. His kindness and dedication were remarkable and deserve recognition. Thanks also to Balaram and Vignesh for keeping our room immaculate. John was very thoughtful, remembering small details and showing great kindness to our mother, noticing things we missed. Rama, Angjile, Gilos, and Daisy were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The front desk team—Niranjan, Nidhi, and Anwesha—welcomed us with warm smiles and were always professional and helpful, making every interaction pleasant. We appreciate the gentleman in the gray suit at the cafeteria who kindly arranged special food for our mother when she was unwell. Also, thanks to the team member we recognized at the bakery during our second stay and the cafeteria staff who consistently helped with meals, delivered food to our room, and ensured everything was handled with care. During our first stay, this same team member regularly brought meals and collected plates, and it was wonderful to see him again coordinating at the bakery and remembering us, along with the supportive cafeteria team whose names we don’t know. There were three other staff members whose names we missed: one who brought room service meals and collected plates during our second stay, always kind and polite; another who regularly provided fresh water, emptied trash, and ensured we had everything; and a third who often stopped by to clear dishes and assist with cleanup. Though unnamed, they all made us feel truly cared for, and we are very grateful for their kindness and hard work. Thank you to everyone at O by Tamara for making both our stays so memorable.
