Relatively new, well maintained, rooms are neat and clean but car parking space is inadequate with less options outside too as it’s by the side of the busy road.
Everything is good , night reception person is treating good for customer,and good service also from him, but morning lady is not cooperating and not treating good for customer and service very worst,she didn't welcome for customer,
We had booked the room in advance and also confirmed the booking over the phone. However, when we reached the hotel, the staff informed us that the rooms were not available.Two other families had also booked rooms through ***, but they faced the same issue. We were told that the hotel was overbooked and that they would blame it on a server issue. They then offered us accommodation at another hotel that was clearly of a much lower standard.We had paid around *** for the original booking, but the alternative hotel they offered was only around 1,700. This was extremely disappointing and felt completely unfair.The hotel staff were unhelpful, and the manager was never available to address the issue. We had a very bitter experience, and our entire day was disrupted because of this.Please think twice before booking this hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding it, especially if you are travelling with family.
