The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. with well-maintained bathrooms and convenient parking. Facilities met expectations perfectly, contributing to a comfortable sleep experience. The only downside was the breakfast. which could use some improvement.
Had a good stay, breakfast need to be improved, it's was bit disappointed.
Super bad experience.A/C was not working.There was no trained staff to help. Issue with drinking water and there was also no in house breakfast apparently because the chef was away. Absolute waste of money. The manager only visits once a week on Sundays so there is no guidance for the hotel staff. The room had heaps of other minor issues like door not locking, etc. Would never visit this property again and also would doubt Agoda's rating mechanism.
