It was an amazing experience stayed here. Service,rooms and persons are very polite and co operative. Definitely prefer for this stay.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The service, rooms, and staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely choose this place again.

My overall experience at Treebo Cornerstay, Coimbatore was below average. While the rooms were fairly spacious, the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet the standard I would expect for the price being charged.The towels and bedsheets were visibly dirty and stained, and the kitchen, refrigerator and toilet also required considerably better cleaning. Toilet paper was not provided, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. Cleanliness and basic amenities are areas that need immediate attention.The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The idlis were half-cooked, while only basic tea and coffee were available. There is definitely room to improve the quality and preparation of the breakfast.Another concern was the parking and access to the property. Too many cars were parked around the porch, making it difficult to access an already narrow and relatively small entrance area.That said, I would like to specifically compliment Ms. Ruby and the young gentlemen at the front desk. They were polite, courteous and genuinely helpful whenever assistance was required. Their attitude and willingness to help were certainly a positive aspect of the stay.The booking process also needs improvement, particularly for reservations made through online booking platforms. The overall process could be made much smoother and more transparent.Overall, the property has potential, particularly with its spacious rooms and courteous staff, but cleanliness, maintenance, breakfast quality, parking/access and the booking process need significant improvement. The standard of cleanliness and service should be brought in line with the price being charged to provide guests with a more satisfactory experience.

My stay at Treebo Cornerstay, Coimbatore was somewhat disappointing. Although the rooms were quite roomy, the cleanliness and maintenance did not match the price paid. It was also frustrating that toilet paper was not supplied, which is unexpected for a hotel of this level. Cleanliness and basic facilities require urgent improvement. The breakfast was underwhelming as well; the idlis were not fully cooked and only simple tea and coffee were offered. There is definitely scope to enhance the breakfast quality and preparation. Parking and property access were problematic too, with too many cars cluttering the porch and making the already narrow entrance hard to navigate. On a positive note, Ms. Ruby and the young men at the front desk were polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful whenever needed, which was a highlight of the stay. The booking process, especially through online platforms, also needs to be more streamlined and transparent. Overall, the hotel has promise due to its spacious rooms and friendly staff, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, upkeep, breakfast, parking/access, and booking procedures. The level of cleanliness and service should better reflect the price to offer guests a more satisfying experience.
