The hotel's location is its only good point. I had prepaid for a longer stay so my father-in-law, recovering from surgery, could rest before our late-night train. Even though the room was fully paid, the staff asked for extra fees when he came back from the hospital and stayed a few hours. When I asked about this, the staff was rude, raised their voice, and made inappropriate comments about Malayalis. The room was poorly maintained and lacked basic items like toiletries. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Hotels can have rules, but guests should be treated with respect, professionalism, and understanding. Sadly, that was not our experience.
