The hotel's location is its only good point. I had prepaid for a longer stay so my father-in-law, recovering from surgery, could rest before our late-night train. Even though the room was fully paid, the staff asked for extra fees when he came back from the hospital and stayed a few hours. When I asked about this, the staff was rude, raised their voice, and made inappropriate comments about Malayalis. The room was poorly maintained and lacked basic items like toiletries. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Hotels can have rules, but guests should be treated with respect, professionalism, and understanding. Sadly, that was not our experience.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had, mainly due to the awful service from the bald man. I won't come back here, and I won't suggest this place to anyone. Even if it was the only hotel room left in the world, I'd choose to sleep outside instead.
