OYO 1531 Vels Grand Inn Hotel

Super disappointed! Even after 9:30 pm, the room was not ready to check-in. We reached at 7 pm while our check-in time was 12 pm, still the room was not ready. Waited for two and half hours and still the room was not ready. We requested to extend the checkout, they refused that too. Very poor service.

Very Disappointing Stay ’ Not Recommended at AllMy stay at Hotel Vella Grand Inn was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. This hotel does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality.First of all, the room was very dirty. The bedsheets were stained, unhygienic, and even torn, which is completely unacceptable. The bed itself was very small and uncomfortable. The room size was extremely small and congested, making it totally unsuitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There was hardly any space to move around.The room had a bad smell, which made the stay very unpleasant from the moment we entered. The air conditioner had no proper control, so we could not adjust the temperature as needed. This added to the discomfort, especially after a tiring day.The bathroom condition was pathetic. It was not cleaned properly, smelled bad, and felt unhygienic. There were no bathroom slippers provided, which is a basic amenity in any decent hotel. Overall, the bathroom was small, stinky, and poorly maintained.The hotel area and surroundings were also dirty, which gave a very unsafe and uncomfortable feeling, especially for families.On top of all this, the staff was not cooperative or helpful. Complaints were not taken seriously, and there was no effort from their side to improve the situation or provide any alternative solution.Overall, this hotel is not worth the money, not family-friendly, and not recommended at all. Cleanliness, comfort, and customer service are completely lacking here. I strongly advise travelers, especially families, to avoid this hotel and look for better options.’ Rating: 1/5 (Very Poor Experience.....

We had a good experience me n my family went with two kids...by emergency we booked the room we get the room in a good way neat room bed bathroom . overall we had a good experience location also pretty good .
