Dirty bathrooms, rude staff and cancelled bookings

A very letdown experience. The reception team was incredibly rude and unprofessional, displaying disrespect and a total absence of basic politeness to guests. From my first contact with reception, the experience was quite unpleasant. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There are far superior choices where guests receive respectful and professional treatment. In summary, a very poor experience and certainly not worth staying here.

Rather than showing guests basic politeness and respect, their communication came across as dismissive and uncooperative. Hospitality in a hotel should start with respectful service, but sadly, that was entirely absent here. How guests are treated is as important as the quality of the room. Given this experience, I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.
