Terrible Booking Experience

Oyo scams are on another level. They list their number on Google Maps pretending to be the hotel and pressure you to pay quickly by creating a fear of missing out. When I arrived, my room was given to someone else and Oyo's response was that it was unfortunate and to go to another hotel. At the other hotel, the booking was supposed to be for 2 days but the property manager said it was only for 1 day. Eventually, I had to find a different hotel. Avoid Oyo.

Frustrating Check-in Experience

The hotel property manager is the most unprofessional person I have encountered in my entire hotel experience. Once you book through OYO, you have no choice but to accept the hotel regardless of whether the AC works, toiletries are provided, or WiFi is available. I had to struggle for 4 hours until 5 am to check in, which was very stressful, especially since OYO took full payment half an hour before the booking at midnight.
