Lack of cleanliness, rooms felt stuffy, and toilets were not cleaned.

My stay was quite disappointing. The room lacked proper upkeep and failed to meet basic cleanliness requirements. The furniture looked outdated and worn, with some fixtures broken or not working. There was a bad smell in the room, and housekeeping did not meet my expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room's overall state did not seem worth the price. When I brought up these issues, customer service was not helpful.
