Exceptional Breakfast Experience & Outstanding Service by Samiul.......’I recently had the pleasure of dining at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Coimbatore, and I must say that the breakfast session was one of the absolute highlights of my entire experience. The restaurant offers a magnificent spread that perfectly balances rich traditional South Indian flavors with a fantastic variety of continental and global options. Everything from the live counters to the fresh juices was prepared to absolute perfection, showcasing top-notch culinary quality.’However, what truly transformed a great breakfast into an unforgettable hospitality experience was the exceptional service provided by Samiul. From the moment we walked into the dining hall, Samiul welcomed us with a warm, genuine smile and an energetic positivity that instantly brightened our morning.’His attention to detail was flawless. Throughout the breakfast session, he ensured that our table was perfectly attended to, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Coimbatore’the food is incredible, but the hospitality is unmatched. Mr Samiul was attentive, friendly, and made sure our table was well taken care of throughout the evening.He checked on us regularly, were quick with anything we needed, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. The hotel is old but well-kept and modern in its interior design. The rooms are beautiful, but as mentioned, old, which is why plaster was loose near the TV. They follow sustainability well with glass water bottles and other measures adopted in other hotels. Their online menu and in-room dining order were unique. They could improve the service provided in the breakfast buffet, though the options and food are good. The location is nice, and you can walk around and spend time if needed. I did not get time to use other services as I was there just for a day. Good value for money option.

I had a wonderful experience at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Race Course, Coimbatore. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very courteous and professional throughout my stay.A special thanks to Ms. Vidhya for her excellent hospitality and support. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure that all our needs were taken care of promptly.
