Couple • India • Mar 2026My stay at the hotel was overall decent. The staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciated. However, one thing that stood out was that I had to remind them 3-4 times for basic requests, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, their behavior was warm and welcoming.The rooms were comfortable and nicely set up. For someone planning a short stay, it’s a reasonable option. Compared to other hotels in Coimbatore, I would rate it around 3 stars.Parking is convenient for two-wheelers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for three-wheelers or larger vehicles since the space tends to be occupied most of the time. Also, the hotel is located on a one-way road, so both entry and exit have to be managed through that route, which can feel slightly inconvenient.The room quality was good overall, but I did notice some dust on the windows and a spider web in the washroom. It would be better if the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being handed over to guests. Since my stay was short, I didn’t raise much concern, but it’s something that could definitely be improved.
