iStay - Hotels in Coimbatore

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and management completely overlooked the simplest basics. They failed to provide essential items like drinking water, tissue paper, or even a spoon to mix tea.

Stayed one night. Room was found neat and clean. No glass tumbler in the room. One small steel cup to make tea. Kettle was found with broken lid. Main tap was leaking.Had to request for second bath towel, toilet soap etc. Tea bag provided only on request. AC was making too much noice. Lots of sounds from ground floor kitchen at mid night. Only higher floor room is recommended

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. At around 11:30 PM, our room bell rang three times, which was very disturbing and alarming, especially since I was staying with my wife and child. My family was frightened by the repeated ringing.Without opening the door, I asked who it was, and the person responded that it was room service. When I questioned why room service would come at such a late hour, they said they were delivering a water bottle, even though we had not requested one.Concerned about the situation, I immediately called the reception. Initially, I was told it was related to a police inspection. Later, I was informed that it was a mistake and that they had come to the wrong room.The inconsistent explanations and the unnecessary disturbance late at night made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Such incidents should never occur, especially when guests are staying with their families. I hope the hotel takes appropriate measures to ensure better communication and guest security in the future. Overall, this experience left us very disappointed.
