Not worth the money we spent. We stayed couple of days. We were not informed that pool is not working. Floors were fully granite but no floor mate or and carpets to keep us warm. Food taste also average... Room service is good.Kids play area was under maintenance, no indoor games not worth the money. When it is compared with the nearby properties.

’I recently stayed at Jenneys Residency and had a mixed experience. While the property itself has great potential, the overall experience was let down by poor communication and staff coordination.’What Works Well:’Cleanliness & Rooms: The rooms are spick and span, very clean, and well-maintained. The stay itself was comfortable and visually appealing.’Car Parking: Excellent parking space facilities provided for guests traveling by car.’Areas Needing Immediate Improvement:’Lack of Communication & Staff Coordination:There was a complete absence of information provided during check-in or throughout the stay. The staff failed to inform us about basic details like Wi-Fi access, breakfast timings, or available amenities. Everything had to be figured out on our own.’Under-Maintenance Amenities:The swimming pool was completely under maintenance during my stay, which was a huge disappointment. Worse, the staff didn't inform me about this beforehand or during check-in. Several other amenities were also non-functional.’Unfair Parking & Entry Policy:While car parking is ample, their visitor policy felt biased. A friend came to pick me up on a premium motorcycle, but security refused to allow the bike inside the premises. Judging or restricting visitors solely based on whether they arrive on a two-wheeler versus a four-wheeler is outdated and unprofessional.’Final Verdict:’Jenneys Residency has top-notch rooms and clean facilities, but management urgently needs to train their front desk and security teams on customer service, proactive communication, and modern hospitality standards.

Location:I gave 4 star because making u turn and then crossing the 3 lane road is kind of difficult and this goes about while coming inside and going out and that is the reason why I am giving 4Rooms:I booked premium room and lot of space however in the night I was hearing a lot of noise coming from the upstairs I don't know visit because of a party or moving things I don't know but the sound voice noise was so bad I was not able to sleep and that is the reason why I am giving them 3Service:The rooms are actually behind it is far behind so itself was a problem because late night it seems like we have been asked to go back to the back side of the building something like that. And the morning breakfast it is being served in a different building so basically I need to move from one place to another and which is again behind I mean I don't have to put it but it was so close not convenient

Reception well maintained, will provide welcome Juice, politeness can be observed with the staff, good big room for stay.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite arriving 2 hour early, the staff showed a very poor attitude toward even considering early check-in. Basic hospitality was completely missing ’ no courtesy to even offer water while waiting.To make matters worse, the reception area was uncomfortable, with mosquitoes making it unbearable to sit there for an hour. The lack of trained staff and basic guest care is shocking.Would never recommend staying at this hotel.
