AARA Jungle Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The ambience was calm and refreshing, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Niresh and Mr. Kamal, who guided us throughout and made our experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall experience was memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Very worst experience for me and all friends of my family. From the beginning itself we were disappointed. Even though We booked rooms before a week, we were waiting for an hour to give room for us. There is no outdoor activities for kids and especially ladies. We were waiting for shuttle bat & cricket bat for more than an hour. Finally they came and told us that bat was broken. They are keeping only one set of playing tools for maintaining their resort. Caffe and foods are very expensive. Even a single water bottle they charged Rs.60/-. We were waiting to sleep at 11pm in the portico because the room was not open by used their key. After informing the room service they simply came after an hour. It’s a terrible experience for all’one thing Mr. Rithish is only a responsible person in the entire resort. Also night DJ experience was excellent. That person who is handling DJ party very energetic.

We had a very good stay at Aara overall. However, upon arrival, we had to wait for more than two hours due to a booking confusion. The reception team allotted us cramped single bed rooms (in their code its called Luxury Cottage rooms), even though we had reserved two-bedroom units. We were a group of five families with kids, with most rooms accommodating two adults and two children. The reservation had been made directly one month in advance and was fully prepaid.Despite the chaos, I would like to appreciate the reception team for showing empathy and working toward a solution. Since we had all communication documented through WhatsApp messages and call logs, we were able to present our case. It is unclear whether this was a genuine oversight or an intentional attempt to upsell the same rooms to last-minute guests at a higher tariff. Eventually, we accepted their compensation, which included a complimentary lunch on checkout and late checkout for a few rooms to help accommodate our group.The buffet food was good, and the coffee served during hi-tea and breakfast was enjoyable. However, the coffee shop had a strange odor, and the coffee quality there was disappointing considering the price charged.The evening campfire and DJ were excellent. Service throughout the stay was good, and all staff members were welcoming and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean and easily accessible.Although the rooms provided to us were smaller than expected, they were clean and well maintained.

This is one of the least explored yet truly fantastic places to stay, suitable both for groups of friends as well as couples looking for a peaceful and unique experience. The property has a lot of charm and offers a refreshing change from the usual crowded tourist accommodations.The service deserves special mention ’ the staff are extremely courteous, responsive, and always willing to help. Their support throughout the stay was noteworthy and genuinely enhanced the overall experience. Requests were handled promptly, and the hospitality felt warm and sincere.Coming to the food, it was decent but nothing exceptional. The taste and variety were just okayish and could certainly be improved to match the quality of the stay. Additionally, the cleanliness in the buffet area was average and needs more attention, especially considering the otherwise good standards maintained across the property.Overall, despite a few areas that require improvement’mainly food quality and buffet hygiene’the excellent service, staff support, and the relatively unexplored nature of the place make it a worthwhile stay. With some improvements in dining and cleanliness, this property has the potential to become an outstanding destination.
