Good service, good location, and of course coconut water every evening by Satheesh - a very friendly helpful person. There was Shaful also very helpful with the room service.We had Biswal & Saheli in the restaurant, who were very helpful with their suggestions, and providing items on the menu when needed. The food deserves Five Star mainly due to their efforts in the restaurant. Thank you Mr. Biswal and Ms. Saheli.The check in and check out were quick and smooth due to a gentleman and a lady named Ashiya. Thanks to both of you also.The rooms were small , but comfortable. Disturbance to senior occupants can be avoided by not allotting rooms above their rooms to families with small children. The noise from above especially as the floor/roof are wooden, is a nuisance to those staying in the ground floor rooms.I would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The ambience was calm and refreshing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay especially ashiya mam. The food was tasty and well prepared. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and we would love to visit again

Let me begin with the booking experience. I was genuinely excited to learn that we would be staying at a Sterling resort, as it is a well-known chain and we had high expectations. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the overall look of the resort; however, locating the entrance was slightly challenging due to the small signage (this may be a personal observation).The front desk team was courteous and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a premium room’thank you to the front office team for that gesture. While the room was pleasant and the amenities were of good quality, it did not fully meet our expectations in certain areas. The bathroom amenities were well-sealed and thoughtfully provided; we particularly liked the soap, shower gel, and dental kit. That said, the wet area in the bathroom felt quite compact, and the shower curtain frequently brushed against us, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, we experienced a significant mosquito issue inside the room at night, despite keeping all doors and windows closed.Unfortunately, the swimming pool experience was disappointing. As the pool was not temperature-controlled, the water was extremely cold, which limited our ability to enjoy it. The gents’ shower area near the pool was also not well maintained, with stagnant water on the floor and no warm water available before or after swimming.The restaurant experience was mixed. We were disappointed to find that there were no tandoori items on the menu, which we had been looking forward to. The buffet breakfast was average, with the chutneys noticeably lacking seasoning. During evening tea, we ordered hot chocolate, but it was closer to flavored milk rather than a true hot chocolate. However, I would like to commend the restaurant team for their hospitality’they made us feel comfortable and were kind enough to accommodate food orders even after 10 PM when we returned late from our night safari. This flexibility and warmth were truly appreciated.A special shout-out to the in-house spa, which was one of the highlights of the resort. The two therapists were extremely kind, professional, and highly skilled in delivering the therapy. Their warm approach and expertise made the spa experience truly relaxing and enjoyable.A special mention must be made of the housekeeping staff, particularly Mr. Satheesh. He was exceptionally helpful and played a key role in making our stay comfortable. His prompt assistance and positive attitude did not go unnoticed.I would also like to acknowledge the security personnel at the entrance. The watchmen were very courteous and assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which was a thoughtful and welcoming gesture.In conclusion, if you are traveling on a budget and wish to enjoy a touch of luxury, this resort can be a suitable option. However, if you are willing to spend a little more for a more refined and truly luxurious experience, there are several other resorts in and around the area that may better meet those expectations.

Food was excellent. Service at restaurant was very good. Debashish, Raja, Sahly and Asit extended courtesy and good hospitality.Satish was good in taking care of the room cleanliness.Probably guest entertainment could be better by organising some more games and leisure activities inside the premises.The restaurant ventilation could be improved to avoid smell in the clothes after visiting.Overall good and pleasant stay

Great lush green property , spent a weekend here. Calm and peaceful environment. Liked the play room and swings , TT available for entertainment. Good for kids as well. Need better lighting at night but then you miss on fireflies, saw few of them around at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Debashish from dining was very sweet and went beyond to accomodate us. Sateesh helped us with room facilities and was available with a helping hand.
