Very poor experience at this hotel. There was no one available at the reception most of the time, and the service was extremely poor. We had to wait a long time whenever we needed any assistance. Only one litre of drinking water was provided as complimentary, and we had to pay for any additional water. The water heater switch was not working properly, and there was no AC remote in the room. The room was also very small. The restroom was not clean and frequently had a bad smell, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service, inadequate amenities, and poor maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel.

The experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Most of the time, the reception desk was unattended, and the service was very lacking. We had to wait a long time whenever we needed help. Only one litre of drinking water was given for free, and we had to pay for any more. The water heater switch didn't work well, and there was no AC remote in the room. The room itself was very small. The bathroom was unclean and often smelled bad, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service was poor, the amenities insufficient, and maintenance was lacking. I would not suggest staying here.
