A kettle was available but not the tea bags or coffee. They gave an upgrade free. The staff was friendly and helpful.
1. Parking issues 2. The room is very small for couples but they have charged more than that 3. No lift 4. Room arrangement not good we need to call for basic things such as towel, soap, etc.
The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is conveniently situated with easy access to major roads, restaurants, hospitals, and other key places in Coimbatore, making it a good choice for business and short leisure stays.The rooms are neat, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping does a good job, and the overall cleanliness of the property is satisfactory.However, the hotel is a three-story building without a lift, which can be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests, families with children, or anyone carrying heavy luggage. If you're staying on the upper floors, be prepared to use the stairs.Considering the room tariff and the facilities provided, I did not feel it offered good value for money. While the stay was comfortable, the lack of basic amenities such as an elevator makes the pricing seem on the higher side.
