Attitude for staffs, facility of car parking not good not hygiene
The hotel has a lot of promise, which makes the disappointing experience even more frustrating. The layout of the property is good, the rooms are decent and well arranged, and parking is ample. With better upkeep and cleaning, this could be a very nice place to stay. Sadly, the cleanliness and maintenance are very lacking. Dust was visible almost everywhere, including on the lights and above the fan. Upon entering the room, I noticed hair and dirt near the bed, which made the room feel unhygienic right away. The bed also seemed to have bed bugs, which is a serious issue. The AC was also malfunctioning. Housekeeping needs significant improvement. No one helped with luggage, and there was no complimentary tea/coffee setup or even basic refreshments in the room. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited choices, and surprisingly, coffee was not offered. The staff were not very welcoming either. They appeared cold and unenthusiastic, which worsened the overall experience. They did not seem professional. The unfortunate part is that this is not a bad property, just poorly maintained. The infrastructure, room design, and parking are all good. If management invests in professional housekeeping, pest control, regular maintenance, and better staff training, this hotel could easily improve significantly. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because the property deserves better care.

This place is not suitable for families, as the room size is similar to those in Japan. The rooms and linens have a dark color, and cleanliness is poorly maintained.
