My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were nothing like the pictures displayed on the website. The condition of the room was poor, and it felt as though there had been little to no maintenance since the hotel was built.The bed sheets and covers looked old and heavily worn. When I raised this concern, the receptionist simply stated that they had been washed and that all the bed sheets and covers in the hotel were the same. This is not an acceptable response when a guest is concerned about cleanliness and hygiene.Since it was already past midnight, I had no option but to stay. When I further questioned the condition of the room, the receptionist casually admitted that the photos on the website were taken when the hotel was newly built, implying that the property no longer reflects those images. He then suggested that I raise a complaint with customer service instead of addressing the issue himself.It was disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and customer service. If guest concerns are simply redirected elsewhere, it raises the question of what role the reception staff are expected to play. Overall, the hotel is misleading customers with outdated photos and has failed to maintain both its property and service standards
