The hotel enforces a 10:00 AM check-in and check-out time. If guests check out at 11:00 AM, the morning staff imposes a late checkout fee of ₹300 per hour. The morning staff's attitude is also quite rude and unprofessional. The receptionist on the morning shift appears to lack proper customer service skills and is responsible for charging the ₹300 per hour late checkout fee. On 5th September, I checked in at 12:00 PM after booking online. I had stayed at the same hotel on 4th September, checking in at 11:00 AM and checking out at 10:00 AM on 5th September. Since my next check-in was at 11:30 AM on 5th September, the receptionist charged me ₹300 for the time between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM.

The room was very poor, the floor was sticky, the bed sheets were unwashed, and the towels were not clean. It was an unpleasant stay, and I would never stay at this hotel again.
