Disappointing Unpleasant Stay

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and unpleasant. The room was not cleaned well, and there were bed bugs, which made it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, and the AC did not work properly. They charged ₹1,800 for the room, but given the condition and amenities, it was not worth that price. The staff's attitude made things worse; they seemed indifferent and unconcerned even after I reported the problems. Since there were few other options nearby, I had no choice at the time. Overall, the cleanliness, upkeep, facilities, and service were well below what I expected. Paying ₹1,800 for this experience is not justified. I would not suggest staying here unless these problems are fixed.
