The service was very bad. I booked through redbus, and because our train was late, my family and I arrived late at night. Without any prior notice, at 1 a.m. they told us they couldn't provide the room due to some room issue. At that late hour, we had to find another hotel on our own in a new city with a big language barrier. The manager didn't answer calls or address our concerns, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful for some reason. We had to book another hotel without a refund and had no other option.

The bed was okay, basically what you expect for the price, though you can definitely find better options out there. The washroom felt a bit off and wasn't the most pleasant experience, though it was relatively clean. However, the towel provided by the hotel had dirty stains on it. Additionally, the restaurant below always has a bad smell, though the surrounding area is somewhat okay. If you are struggling to find open bookings elsewhere like I was, this place is acceptable as a last resort, but it's not the best value for the price.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Coimbatore. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings were neat and tidy. The staff were also very polite and helpful. However, we felt that the room was quite small compared to our expectations, and the price seemed a little high for the room size and facilities provided. We also did not get hot water during our stay, which was inconvenient. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities and pricing.
